I am an elective doctor working for all health insurances on a private base. What does that mean?

As a private doctor I have no contracts with the public Austrian health insurance funds. Medical services cannot be charged to your e-card. For this reason, you will receive a fee note for the services provided after your treatment. As a private doctor, I am allowed to write prescriptions, which can be used directly without rewriting by the general practitioner at all healthcare providers (lab, radiology etc).

As an internist, I only treat patients over the age of 18.

Consultation hours:

• Tuesday: 09:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

• Wednesday: 09:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m.

• virtual appointments (via Zoom) on demand

Please note that you need an agreed appointment first to see me at the private practice!

A virtual appointment is possible for patients who have already been to my practice at least once in person.

Cancellation of appointments:

If you are unable to keep the appointment, please cancel it as soon as possible.

Cancellation is free of charge until 11 a.m. on the previous working day.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not working days.

If you do not cancel your appointment on time or do not show up, we will charge a cancellation fee.
